Occupational Medicine Services

Maple City Physical Therapy performs ergonomic assessment, job demands analysis, and post-offer employment testing. All of our ergonomic assessments and testing are developed from a national leader in ergonomics, Ergoscience.

  • Ergonomic assessments include our staff coming to your worksite or office to look at potential workplace physical stressors that may be negatively impacting your employees. We will conduct a thorough assessment, and make recommendations to alleviate any problems that we might identify.
  • Job Demands Analysis includes our staff coming on site to evaluate the physical demands and stressors of each of the job descriptions in your workplace. This evaluation will provide the employer with objective, defensible data that allows us to develop a post-offer employment test.
  • Post-offer employment testing involves us testing your potential employees, after they have been offered a job but before they are officially hired, to ensure that their physical capabilities match the essential physical components of the position you are considering them for. These tests are developed from the Job Demands Analysis.
